Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (ANOB) Lligwy View is in a superb position overlooking the sea, coastline and surrounding countryside.
Lligwy View is only a two minute walk from the large sandy beach at Lligwy with the seaside village of Moelfre about a mile away

The cottage was only completed in July 2006 and has been designed, built and furnished to a high standard to fit in with the character of the neighbouring property and local countryside environment. Our aim has been to provide 5 star Tourist Board grading (we await the inspection later this year)

The Ground Floor accommodation comprises :
{short description of image} Lounge with laminate light oak flooring, large "L" shaped sofa which seats eight, 32" wall mounted LCD television with Freeview, view of bay, beach and coastline - patio doors through to dining area {short description of image}


{short description of image} Dining Room with light oak laminate flooring is situated in a sun room / conservatory which is a very pleasant environment only receiving the evening sun and enjoys views over the bay, beach and coastline. The large dining table and chairs accommodate eight people in comfort {short description of image}


Kitchen is open plan off the lounge area. It is fully equipped with electric "Rangemaster" range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer and washer / drier along with toaster, kettle, perculator and crockery and cutlery for eight people. The breakfast bar can accommodate four people.

{short description of image} Bedroom - the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor has full disabled access if required. The bed can be made up to either a superking double or twins. There is an en-suite bathroom / wet room with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin.
French doors lead onto the patio and the room enjoys the views over the bay


First Floor accommodation comprises :

Main Bedroom - king size double bed - views over bay and countryside

Second Bedroom - can be made up as a double or a twin

Third bedroom - two single beds - views over bay and countryside

Bathroom - bath, shower, washbasin, shaver point

W.C. - seperate from bathroom with wash basin

All bedding is provided - however as with all beach cottages we do NOT supply towels - customers should bring their own

Lligwy View is heated by underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the first the floor - the heating system is oil fired - there is no gas on the premises

The kitchen and bathrooms are connected to a heat exchanger system which extracts the air from these rooms and replaces it with warmed fresh air


Outside the property there is :

- patio area
- private lawned garden area
- wheel chair ramp access
- parking for up to 4 cars


LLIGWY VIEW IS A NO SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT AND DOES NOT HAVE THE FACILITIES TO ACCOMMODATE PETS
